I had that happen on a race bike after a low speed crash. turned out the rim was bent. You couldn't visibly see any flaw. Got the wheel straightened out for little cost and all was good.

Swingarm & exhaust

I stripped the swingarm then primed it with etching primer. After that it was black wheel paint followed by a wheel clear coat. I've finished up the exhaust so I decided to take it for a short ride...

I hear ya. On my build I'm using as little welding work as possible since I don't weld and have to pay a shop for little jobs here and there. They're pretty inexpensive, but still.
