Quick update

I rolled the bike down a couples houses to a buddy who used to be an auto tech.

He indicted said the following:

"I think I found the issue. The junction box has a bunch of resistors inside....

Damn, you are 100% correct. Warmed it up, removed the choke and it was good. Im glad that was not a big issue.

Next off i need to fix or investigate the starter button as I am jumping the poles...
