I'm 6', 150ish. The brand that has fit me the best is Speed and Strength. I'm about a 36 chest and 32/33 sleeve. Their small has fit me very well. I will probably stick with their stuff in the future...

I started getting a sticky feel with my front brake today. I feel like the lever or the little button/switch on the brake mechanism is grinding on something. I gave it a wipe down and still feel it....

I did actually. I had pasta about 90 minutes-2 hours before. Being a skinny guy with crazy metabolism, I probably should of had a granola bar or almonds before working out or at least some Gatorade...

As much as I like SeaFoam, I'm not sure I would use it to winterize. A good part of its composition is alcohol which you want to try to avoid.

I've pushed 230 before filling up. I looked in the tank and saw a bit of gas still which makes me think I could get near 250. It was probably close to 65mpg. This was early on in my motorcycling life...
