Exactly that.
Changed rectifier, Stator, another rectifier then back to the OEM original rectifier.
0v, 18v,16v then back to 12\13 afterwards, in same order.

Learned my lesson.

Confident it was just the stator, it was my cheapness that wished the cheaper and easier rectifier at fault.

I'm monitoring it, the old battery seems fine too, although slightly less capacity....
