Don't feel bad, I ran out of gas one day and didn't even check the tank until a coworker told me. I pushed my bike right by a gas station too lol.

Congrats on the new bike. I wouldn't regret buying a new bike as a starter bike, just ease into learning and don't get over-confident with turning and she'll treat you right.

I'm throwing a set on mine since I went the streetfighter route for design.

Sounds like your over heating and radiator fluid...

Sounds like your over heating and radiator fluid is coming out of the overflow, put your bike on the center stand and check your oil. Also check your coolant in the radiator once the bike cools.
