engine no longer turns over (solved)

bike was running and driving a week or so ago was just super rough to start and got worse until it no longer starts, fixed carb and a few other little issues to my knowledge now all i hear is a sound...

as far as I got in the manual I was sent on this forum my primaries read 5.5 as in the two standoff posts being connected by a multimeter not to the actual spark cable

vaccuum petcock now is gravity powered

it appears the petcock on this bike no longer works through vacuum but just pours out regardless, is there going to be any serious adverse effects of running a basically just normal gravity fed one...

i can absolutely check that I haven't actually tried that yet, I took off the ignition coils and found that the "intermittent" ness possibly could be because the contacts in the wire is pretty messed...

Talking greetings

Just purchased a now semi well running 250, definitely still a work in progress but really excited, had an old busa for a little bit but really want to get into track riding and wanted something small
