2012 Oil Filter Cover

Long story short... I learned a hard and fast lesson about using an inexpensive torque wrench in the fringes of its range. I split the Oil Filter Cover something good. ::doh::

Thanks Chris. We're going to change sprockets, chain and oil/filters this week, so I'll bump up the preload while we're at it and test it out.
