So it seems I had mixed up the bearings and their races my first go at it, so I removed both races and tried installing them (again) according to the ninja250.org wiki faq page on it...

I thought they were exactly the same, but it seems the 06 750 has a .1kg stiffer spring compared to the equivalent 600, or thats what racetech's page is leading me to believe.

Has anyone done this and kept the original airbox? Problem I'm having is that the airbox is connected to the battery box is connected to the inner fender and I've chopped that bit up to accommodate...
