Welp. I did it again. This time to the 1989's airbox and used a Briggs and Straton air filter that can be purchased at O'Reillys for $7.19 plus tax.

I noticed this one makes a little throatier...

Both CCTs had about the same spring tension, but the 1989 motor is at least twice as noisy as the 2003 motor.

Should the CCT spring be easy...
