BTW I would NEVER use a half-face folding helmet while doing any performance riding. Invest in a full-face non-folding lid!

Thanks for the questions. The bars are made of carbon steel, the bar is .090 wall tubing and the base plate is 1/4" steel. They're real tough :thumbup:
