I had some new ones machined to raise the rear...
I had some new ones machined to raise the rear end back up to the stock height since I had installed a gsxr600 shock, which lowered it about 10mm iirc. Worked great.

You shouldn't have taken the cam caps off, if you have then make sure you put them back in there original locations and torque them back down to spec...
