Unfortunately you’d need to bend where the pin holding all the numbers is, reset, and try to get it all perfectly aligned. Option b is to get a lower mileage speedo and use a 12v motor to roll it...

You just really need the brake lever. I got the ex500 lever for my daughters 250, she has small hands. On the clutch, I just backed off the adjuster and that’s worked just fine for her.
