Frame Material?

Rq, Is the frame steel or an alloy of some sort? It isn't magnetic so I at least know its not 100% aluminum.

I dont have the tool to measure clearances and didn't know that was a thing.
I did cross hatch the cylinders pretty well.
The endgaps were within spec.
