are you trying it with the clutch pulled in or not? try it with the clutch pulled in. if it starts it might be the kickstand sensor.

your battery maybe fine, but when was the last time you replaced it? btw put in an external fuel filter that is clear so you can visually see the fuel.

fixed it. tried the carb cleaner trick and nothing changed. no loose rubbers. wasnt sure about vacuum lines on the carbs since the pictures i took some how didnt take. anyway dropped the carbs off...
