It actually doesn't effect the lighting at all. Even with the original headlights and not projectors it doesn't effect the light output or beam pattern.

I agree with the eye lid comment. One day I might sand it off and repaint it. But for now my girlfriend says she likes the eye lids. So if the ladys like it, then I like it :-)

We will see what happens when I get my two new gauges. One is the trail tech vapor and the othe is the Dan moto 180. I will see which one I like best and make it fit the ninja.
