New-gen front cowl/fairing
Got into an accident and haven't had much luck on craigslist yet.
Just need a front fairing preferrably black but I'm very open minded. :D

What is this called?
I don't have my manual yet, but what is that cover called on the swing arm that has the bolt and two nuts that is used to adjust the alignment of the rear wheel? Hopefully I described that right.

With the standard exhaust, is it advised to remove the snorkel? Are there any performance gains from doing so if I installed a k&n air filter already? Or is there another gain some where else?
