Yeah i didnt know either. I went to court last week for it and they did throw it out. just have to pay a $30 court fee and have to take a defensive driving course. Much better than the original $210...

You can say be careful again. I got my first ticket ever the 2nd day i owned it for accelerating too fast. Definently wouldnt have happened if i was on my 250. And yeah ive got a better helmet along...
