Yeah, but if you measure actual bike's battery that's good and fully charged from properly working charging system that's been sitting overnight, it will be over 13v. Especially if he just hopped off...

Well, EFI Ninja 250R with same list of external mods gets +5bhp more than carby models. That's +15bhp over stock, more power than Ninja 300.

Problem is this Ecotrons EFI kit sucks and support...
