I know!!!!! He got it off a k750. Cool thing is we have a pull apart here about 30 minutes away with over 10000 motorcycles to go through. I hate to copy him 100% but I'm sure I can find something...

my search for a cafe tail
In desperate search for a good cafe tail. I don't want to do too much hacking on the frame. If anything I'll at least cut 6in off the tail of the frame and reconncect it. Any ideas? Websites...

by front mounts do you mean the 2 arms that...
by front mounts do you mean the 2 arms that connect right under the gas tank that hold the coils on? right side has the top part of the radiator hose and cap as well? are they the same on the top of...

Broken rod and crankshaft
So yeah, ended up with a broken rod and crankshaft, which in turn jammed the pistons into the head. compression was raised by removal of headgasket which caused the piston to strike the head after...

89 ninja 250r motor swap to 500
Well after 40k hard earned miles and a couple rebuilds, my 250 motor just has outlived it's time. Considering an ex500 motor swap. Anyone out there done this? I'm coming in blind here, not even sure...

valve cover gasket
Sooooooo, just adjusted the ole valves, went to put it back together, broke a valve cover bolt off yayyyyyyyy. But that problem is solved. My issue, the black gasket with the half moons that attaches...
