In desperate search for a good cafe tail. I don't want to do too much hacking on the frame. If anything I'll at least cut 6in off the tail of the frame and reconncect it. Any ideas? Websites...

So yeah, ended up with a broken rod and crankshaft, which in turn jammed the pistons into the head. compression was raised by removal of headgasket which caused the piston to strike the head after...

If it wasn't a gasket it was something that went up into that groove around the valve cover that is no longer attached to the gasket. A good 5 inches on the right side of the motor peeled off inside...

Sooooooo, just adjusted the ole valves, went to put it back together, broke a valve cover bolt off yayyyyyyyy. But that problem is solved. My issue, the black gasket with the half moons that attaches...

Think ive found the problem, the clamps that go around the boot on the motor side are fully tightened but still spin around the boot.
