2 or 3 light coats of bondo (bodywork section of auto parts store) to fill in that area, a lot of sanding with the sand paper on a flat piece of wood and I shaped it like it was never there.

This is the second one I've done, I learned a lot the first time.
The white rims and the 120/80-16 front tire complete it nicely.
