The bike in the vid is mine's. Yes you have to cut the tail frame and fender. You will need tools as that's not provided. I have a 636 and CBR600RR and I get more attention when riding the 250R....

Right!? I'd ride it too. I'm pretty sure it a custom build and the headlight is in front on the flat panel. A lot of custom bikes are using this type of forks cover (Magpul Ronin, Confederate, etc.)....

Looked into it, but it's not worth the...
Looked into it, but it's not worth the money/time. After I tuned the carbed and removed emission system I don't have to use the choke anymore. Bikes starts and runs fine.
