Yeah I think I talked to him over a new ninja. He said fuk it and went 160. Which makes me feel real good inside. So I have one confirmed..great.

Yeah I have two washers on both carbs. I think it woke the bike up some. It absolutly sounds better. I rode for about two weeks with just the shims, seemed a little rich, now it is getting more air...

No on the vinyl for sure. Paint is ok. Just get the high temp stuff. I painted my exhaust tip cap and lower heat shield black and it looks pretty f*&$%@# AWESOME.

No leave it be. Just put 1 and 7/8 in next time. I dont recall the exact amout but it is just under 2. But you are fine dont sweat it. Ride the **** out of it. It will thank you.
