hmmm weird as I have not touch any other wiring...

hmmm weird as I have not touch any other wiring at all just wanted to change over to LED.
What do I need to do next to eliminate the problem?
Any suggestions?

I used a Voltmeter to find the +12V...

I did went all stock but my stock relay is starting to fail goes off after few seconds.

But all stock light working...

I just disconnected old signals and put LED ones on,NO CUT DIODE KIT and EP34 Relay I did make sure i got the polarity right apart from that there has not been any other rewiring been done.
