Sounds like you're getting some good advice but perhaps it's a bit confusing with all the different viewpoints coming at you. Simply taking the MSF class would clear up 99% of your problems at this...

I think the max drop on the Roaring Toyz kit is about 2" in the back. I dropped mine all the way down and have had some very minor rubbing of the tire on the underside of the tail. I only weigh 140...

Even on the lowest setting my kickstand would still hold the bike upright (though just barely). I couldn't stand to shell out that much for the RT kickstand so I enlisted the help of a couple friends...
