Thanks for the links , I'll pull carbs again , didn't floss passages, just blew with compressed air. Maybe try a different cleaner in ultrasonic, been using a product formulated for sonic cleaners...

definitely not carbs, - ultrasonic cleaned 3 times. gray wire is at ign switch (needs to be switched on)? BK/Y on igniter--- OK to frame ground ? where should white...

100 ohm resister
I found the exact resister used on the switch (the color stripes indicate ohms , watts, etc) google "resisters" and all info on how to identify resisters is available....to get to my problem/question...

pre gen head pipe vs new gen vs ex 300

CV carbs (stock 250R)
I will soon be tearing down my carbs for ultrasonic soak (been sitting for about 5 years) , Who would be the "go to" person for info and advice ? Also will need a good source for carb parts & gaskets.
