Bogging/dying on throttle

So I am back unfortunately, before hand i was having trouble with idling or even starting. Thanks to everyone here an all research I got this fixed.

Now i am gaving issues with my bike bogging...

So before I go in to details about the carb I've got a stupid questio. Would a bent air filter housing cap cause low idle and stall? Then instantly stall once throttle is use?

So everything should be connected the correct way now, but it is still having idle issues after choke is off. Even playing with the idle control it still studders then dies and instantly dies apon...

Carburetor issues

I have a 2012 250r im working on. When fully warm and choke off the bike idles like garbage for a while then dies (sometimes it just stays idleing like garbage around 1k) When trying to give it gas...

Leaking Carb

I have a 2012 250r and just did a carb rebuild kit, I just put it back on with the fuel tank just to find out that I have a leak. After some investigation I found it to be leaking on the left side...
