I've yet to try anything over like 40 miles per hour on my new 250. It's at just 30 miles so far.

The manual advises keeping it under 4k RPM during break-in.

Does that mean it's not possible to...

Recently, there's a sporadic quiet whining sound that lasts maybe 3-5 seconds every few minutes coming from somewhere in the front half of my '09 250R.
