Oh I nearly forgot to mention, once home I has able to install some new manifolds, and with the needle jet fixed the bike now runs like a dream.

I just cut two discs from an old aluminium sign...

I just cut two discs from an old aluminium sign and bolted them over the spokes. Did it to help visibility as they reflect like crazy......well they did before they got covered in oil :P

Are the downpipes on this generation stainless?

Got the chance to buy a 2 into 1 from a 2009 at a reasonable price and wondered if they made them from stainless or mild steel.

Living in a wet horrible country makes you appreciate these things :P
