I have a 04 ex250 I cleaned the carbs, and the idle jumps anywhere from 2000 to 5000 then goes back down after about 5-10 seconds. It does it with and without the choke on. I've put seafoam in it but...

It's blue. Think I got them almost worked out. The carbs are nasty. It only has 1000 miles on it, and was only 500 bucks. Seemed like a good deal.
