The chemicals I used is from Kent Automotive....

The chemicals I used is from Kent Automotive. Nothing special just sand the surface and apply.

The filler part takes years of practice to get right.

08 250r right side fairing

Right side fairing. Had a crack where the turn signal pushed through.

I cut the housing out for the light, and had flush mounts on it.

I fixed it with a plastic repair we use in my shop....

Its loud. I would say it sounds ok, but 250 motors never sound good to me. I think they sound like hopped up lawn mowers. There is a clip on you tube with same exhaust if you care to hear.

Yeah I agree. Especially when you want to lower the front like I do. It pushes the damn bars up too high with those spacers. Are the clip ons hard to install?
