My $0.02 on this old thread: Arashi make nice rotors and are available for a good price from China. Any Chinese floating wave rotors I have bought from China have served me well on the racetrack.

I don't have back to back, new vs. new, times, but I went about 1.4s under my previous PB on our 1.6mile track. I have gone from S20EVO to RS10 and noticed minimal difference, but the R11 is awesome!
