I've changesd the tank and just about every...
I've changesd the tank and just about every electrical connection with the track bike. Just tried to start the bike while in gear with the clutch depressed and it tried to roll forward.

It was sitting in the rain. New air filter and...
It was sitting in the rain. New air filter and the box is clean and dry. Carb work should be tight. Pulled it twice and then replaced with the one from track bike. No blown fuses. Checked them...

Rain Drenched Bike Won't Start
OK guys. My bike got caught in the rain and now it won't start. Help me please. Here is what I have done:
1. Completely dried the entire bike.
2. Drained the tank and replaced with fresh gas.
