It's 1999 748, had it for 5-years. Best bike I ever had up to that point. More crisp than VF500F.

Then CBR600RR came out with 50-lbs lighter wet-weight and 25% more power. Made Duc feel kinda......

There's been issues with BRT. They can fail and kill engine while on track. Then you've 20 guys bearing down on you at 150mph+. They can also lose their memory and prevent bike from starting up.

yes, measure length between cam-gears. Might need to crank-engine by hand so chain is fully tensioned. Not sure of #-links, you'll have to refer to service-manual.
