Use the same screws that you unscrewed to remove...

Use the same screws that you unscrewed to remove the signals. Once everything is apart, it makes a lot more sense. You don't need to source out any extra hardware.

I've used Battery Tenders for the last 10 years...

I've used Battery Tenders for the last 10 years (the Tender Plus, though). They've been very solid performers for me. Also use a CTEK and have the bike on a YUASA.
