I know this thread is old, however i also have encountered a M10*1.25 sized swing arm thread on my 2012 ninja 250R.... kind of a p*ss off because the spools i bought came with M10*1.5 bolts... :(

I'm running the Michelin Pilot power 150/60ZR17 rear and Michelin Pilot power 110/70ZR17 up front ... *** my opinion *** the bike by far out performs the stock crap IRC rubber and size... running...
