Yes fuel is getting to both carbs if you open...

Yes fuel is getting to both carbs if you open drain fuel will come out of both

I got a 08 250 that didn't run/ was sitting with gas in it for a year or two I cleaned the tank out cleaned the carbs and it fired up but I can't get it to run right I had the carbs apart 10 times...
