One thing that I think is never emphasized in MSF intro courses is downshifting. I think it may be because speeds never get above 20mph or so to utilize downshifting and/or the bikes...

i cannot attest for the compatibility of this helmet with your head but assuming it fits (bells tend to fit long narrow heads), i would strongly suggest AGAINST that helmet. that is a 50 dollar...
