Well back to the 500. I think this will be how the intake stays. Foind some 47mm uni pods. Next I think will be a full carb rebuild and jets. I'm getting the infamous midrange stumble now.

Don't know if you got that taken care of yet but I have stock air box and carburetors for 07 ex250 that I won't use but the carburetors do need to be rebuilt.
