yeah the plugs have been removed,I believe I have them set at 2 1/2 turns out on both carbs.If you blip the throttle it has no hesitation and returns straight to idle speed,thats why it is puzzling...

So I have a 2004 Ninja 250,It has a K&N filter and the dynojet kit using the .98 main jet.Up until recently this bike had a full Muzzy exhaust,but I have put back stock exhaust,and actually it runs...

I have a full muzzy exhaust on my 2004 Ninja 250 and would like to trade it for stock exhaust. The muzzy has some scratches from being slid in gravel, but works fine.I am in Kansas city Missouri.
