Alright guys, would an offset rear sprocket fix the alignment issues, and if so, does one exist or would it be difficult to make?

or even a 2 piece sprocket, get the sprocket closer to the wheel...

why is the cable to digital convertor less accurate?, I would think it would be more accurate. I know its not the same, but I hated dealing with the magnet style speed sensor for my bicycle. Thanks...
