I can shift softly or stomp on the shifter, still get the same super soft shift. If i rev it there's no difference with the tire. I'm really starting to think its the springs.

Bikes starts up fine in neutral. I go to pop her in first she thonks hard but I can let go of clutch cable fully and it will still idle just fine...

FIXED! I let it warm up a bit more put it on a slight hill then let her roll down the pulled the clutch popped it in 1st and that seemed to do the trick!

So put everything back together and the clutch cable seems to engaged but theres no sign of it actually working. I left it on the center stand in first while the engine was off after a little warm up...
