I have repeatedly had great success with Rustoleum BBQ paint. One can provides about 5 coats on the entire exhaust. It lasts for years.

I just replaced mine with generic tubing 5/16" inner diameter.

The inner hose diameter and length ( from original factory hose ) is .3 inches and 19.75" long.

Have you drained the engine oil lately? If so, did you notice "gold flecks" in it? I have noticed that the more abundant the flecks, the louder the knock. That's how I "verify" the engine needs...

I plasti-dipped the lower fairing. It looks like a better match in the photo, than in real life. I guess I can always plasti-dip the rest to match.
