I think right turns are easier for me, but left U-turns are more comfortable for me than right U-turns. If that makes sense.

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I don't believe it has any chest armor. It's got shoulders and elbows, and there was a hard bit on the back but not as thick as the armor on the arms.
