Chances are that's all it is.

Make sure the battery is fully charged because you will need to crank to produce vacuum to open...

I think it's a great bike, but the overall styling looks chunky and clunky to me.

They typically take too long to warm up anyway, and run colder than optimum.

Some people block the radiators, even in the summer.

Drilled jets will mess everything up, so I'd replace all of them.

Once the engine is fully warm you need adjust them...

With the 40 Pilot jets you would want to be farther IN than the normal 2.5 turns out.
