Hey Tubarney,

At the bottom of the pump there is a tiny hole. It's located between the impeller and oil case end seals. It's for coolant to drip out of if it starts getting past the impeller...

Is it the oil line fitting? They have a crush gasket like brake banjo bolts. I'd wipe it clean and fire it up to look for the leak. Check torque on fitting too.

You should at least shim the needles with a couple washers for that set up. Not sure about the individual rejet kits, but Im sure someone else who is will chime in here soon. Check the wiki section...
