permanent fix

made a permanent fix...see photos..used 3/4" brass finger pull, JB METAL PUTTY AND JB WELD...EMAIL ME IF YOU WANT ALL THE DETAILS, BUT THE PHOTOS SAY IT ALL. once it was in place, i then filled up...
