Yes, they do. But throttle cables can stretch over time, so unless the bike has been modified somehow to need a shorter one, chances are you just need a new one of the stock length.

Yep, they are. They're the '08+ ones, which don't quite swap right onto the pre-gens, but they just needed a couple little tweaks and some washers on the brake side to keep it in the right position.
