It ended costing about 160 to have it done. No one else would touch it. I had to make the custom molded plate first before anyone actually quoted me a price. It think it was the best way to go...

Oh yes. I used a cut off wheel to remove them. Sanded to smooth out and then primed black. You can't even tell its primed because the frame is flat black already.
