If it says JASO-MA2 Its good I think, altho with 10w-40 my bike takes too long for the oil light to go off (30-45 sec) so I use 20w-50 and it goes off instantly now.

I've been running an O'Reilly battery for a year now and its still going strong. I was not impressed with the 90 day warranty but the battery seems to be good.

I agree if you can get it to spin over buy it. Sounds like the carburetors are all gunked up with varnish from the gas going bad. I wouldn't mess with the head until your positive its getting fuel...
