Sorry to hear about the crash, but glad to hear you're relatively okay. Are all your videos from the camera mounted on the helmet? Hard to see whats going on from that angle in terms of BP, etc.

My piece of advice, for now, would be to not sit in the middle of the seat (ever) and get your butt off to the appropriate side before you start braking. This makes it so you have 1 less thing to do...

Haven't ridden at Sonoma, but T-hill is a very fast track, not so well suited to a 250. But I'd still do it.
